Being in network marketing its not always about the money

Was going through some tapes and books. Have been doing a lot of research on the internet on how to build the business. There is one thing I have realized being in network marketing is not about the money, Yes its important but if anyone who has joined the network marketing business only to make money then am pretty sure they will not succeed the way some of the BIG boys in network marketing have done. When I was going through the profiles and blogs of some of the most influential and successful network marketers in the world, Almost everyone had one thing in common. They create value for what they do, They are passionate about building their business and also helping people succeed.

LEARN as its not always about the money

Just yesterday I had written a blog on feeding your mind. Well! The only way to develop skill is to learn from these successful people. They all read, learn and apply the things they have learnt in their business. That is something which will come with dedication towards reaching your goal. Your goal can be anything, From being debt free, or travelling to the best places in the world, Having a luxurious life, And more. Now whatever be the goal we need to connect to other people in our team or in another team. We just need to help everyone in this business. Now that creates a personal value and it also helps you feel good about yourself. Money will come in good time if we are able to build these skills like personal value, empathy to our fellow humans. So its not always about the money. :)

CONNECT as its not always about the money

Most important thing in prospecting or building your team is creating a emotional/personal connection with the people you will be working with. No one likes to be bossed around. Let me tell you this because this was one reason I quit network marketing few years ago because I din like someone always forcing me do something. Maybe he was trying to teach me but there was no emotional connection created so I din like it, because I felt it was all about the money for him and not personal value. Every person we come across are unique in their own way and when we learn to respect that and understand how to talk to them and how to connect with them , That will help us in building a BIG team of winners and a team of people who would work together happily and also share the good things they do in the business. Everyone would benefit within or outside the team. SHARE as its not always about the money Another important part of our daily life. There are people who just hate to share and want to keep everything to themselves. They don’t like to see someone succeeding and they take pleasure in seeing people fail over and over again. Now that’s bad and it’s a though process for few guys and that’s why they will not succeed unless they change the way they think. Look guys knowledge is to be shared when we are working together. Without sharing knowledge, tips we can never build a successful team. If something has worked for you in network marketing or anything in life share with someone who needs that tip badly. It’s a good thing and see how your team grows and see how people will respect you and will be dying to be a part of your team. As i said its not always about the money Its just be couple of weeks into this and I have learnt so much just listening to few audios and reading some blogs, Its just amazing what these guys in empower have to offer. I am very excited about this because I believe this is not only going to help me in earning but also will help me in becoming a better human being and a wonderful leader who would show the way for people who are struggling to be successful in network marketing using the internet. I personally recommend people to try empower network for all the things it has to offer. Does not matter what network marketing business you are in now, Empower network is to help you succeed in every business you are involved in. Make a choice and see the difference.Like I said its not always about the money, With right attitude and skillsets in place making money is just a piece of cake. Feeding your mind

When we start blogging daily there comes a point when you are confused on what to blog about. Google key words show you words which you cannot talk about. You can Google it , find an article and do a copy paste of it, Its an easy thing to do but does not help on a long run. That’s not what am going to do today.:). There is one thing I have realized if you want to be a successful blogger there are few things which you would need to follow. So that’s what I would like to talk about today.

Feeding your mind

That’s right feeding your mind constantly by reading books, reading blogs from other bloggers, reading articles,  listening to Audios of successful people. Unless our mind is being fed with loads of information I don’t think we would be able to blog everyday.  I do strongly believe in one thing, No matter how crappy the blog is or look like if we blog daily and  feeding our mind daily we would eventually become good in article writing/blogging. We can attract good traffic into our websites.  With traffic you can be successful on what you wish to accomplish in the website. Maybe sales,leads or even if you simply want someone to read you article and leave a comment of appreciation.

So guys feed your mind every single day. That’s what we all bloggers need to do if got to be successful in creating blogs every single day of our life.  Am not a wonderful blogger either but am trying to be one. If you check my previous blogs its not that great but its an effort put. Trying to be as unique and original as possible so that when I looks back I would be able to see how I have improved with every little blog I have created and really hope that this will be an example to other newbie bloggers. With time,effort and learning anyone can be successful. Just need to be motivated, hungrier towards our goal.  How soon you achieve it is simply on us.

Using GPS for driving directions. Did not work for me!!!!.

Heres the story Thank God we have all kinds of GPS devices now. We did not earlier. :). I have been lost so many times searching for places I was supposed to go. Lets talk about GPS for instance, Even that has guided me in the wrong direction few times. Couple of months ago I had been to Goa. Half way to Goa and I am lost because my GPS device had asked me to take a left and I am confused because that left is nothing but a jungle.:). I look at my wife and I ask her do we Trust the GPS and get into the jungle.  She was also not sure but we thought we will give it a try. We enter the forest for may be a kilometer and then the GPS asks me to turn right, But now I see nothing, Its kind of a cliff(downhill whatever the word :) ) and this GPS is asking me to go down the cliff. That’s BULLS**T. So I had to comeback to the main highway just the way I entered as there was no place to do a round about turn(Reverse which i hate). OK!!Now that was with the GPS. Since then I have realized to keep my GPS maps upto date because you don’t know when someone is going to plant a tree on the middle of the road and change it into a jungle. So guys keep your GPS activated all the time.

Asking for driving directions in  Chennai, India

This was a interesting one. Me and three of my friends had been to Pondicherry( India) for  from Bangalore. We had to go to Chennai and then go to Pondicherry as we had to drop of a package for one of our friends staying there. Now once we were done with that we  started asking for driving directions to Pondicherry as we did not have a GPS device then. Its about 2.00 AM in the night and there is nobody on the road. So we hunt for people because we are LOST!!!. We were praying that we see atleast one tonight so that we can ask him "Which way is Pondicherry " and then we find couple of guys in a tea stall late in the night.  For us those two were like gods. We went up to then with all smiles and then we asked the question"Driving directions to Pondicherry please ":). Guess what they don’t speak our language and that’s because my dear country has thousands of languages spoken all over. Then it was the sign language with Pondicherry in the End. And then those two guys got up and they started arguing about something. They were having an argument on which is the shortest route I believe from what we would understand from their hands moving all over the place.  Now if that was not enough 3-4 more people show up and they are all discussion on the driving directions or let me put it this way"OUR FATE". We sat helplessly for a while sipping on tea. After a while one of the guys came to me and showed me the directions. We finally reached our destination but it’s a story to speak

Driving directions experience taught me few things though

I believe no one is ever lost in this world. Let it be looking for a direction on road or in life. We would need few people who would help us in sending us in the right direction. Even a group of people who TRULY care , they would take the pain of discussing , arguing just for us so that we are in the right direction. So life is a journey as well and we need driving directions. We should not be lost and always be on the right path. That’s the lesson learnt from my story.haha. Whats yours ??? But with the proper training, tools and attitude you can make online marketing your new best friend. Building up your business There are so many businesses that have been inspired by vision of college dropouts’ live Steve jobs, Michael Dell, Bill Gates Albert Einstein. The names just go on and on. And there are so many who have been inspired by the same people over a period of years. Now all of them who followed and aspired to be like one of them did not succeed. We all know there would have been few who did and few who did not.

Small story on building your business

There was one wonderful story I came across about Matt Lindner partner from a well-established Cans bar and canteen. He did not have much money or any savings. He had a bad experience in his first job right after his college which left him with a burning desire to be his own boss.(Something all of us wish to be, I believe everybody agrees on that :) ). He was just 24 he borrowed 5000$ from five of his friends promising them 800$ a month of repayment for 4 years. His first bar was called Bird's nest which was literally a nest to him where he slept and showered at a local health club as he could not afford an apartment. The money that came in did not go into living large but for expanding his business and giving publicity to his business. Eventually he opened cans and clones in Milwaukee and Charlotte. So what do we learn from this.

Lesson one on business : Just start and stop thinking a lot

Even if you do not have lot of cash in hand to start a business, you should always take the first step. Because unless you do you would never know what you are capable of achieving. In India our parents use to says “drop by drop can make an ocean". What does that phrase say? Little by little can get us what we expect in the future. We waste so much of our money on smokes, drinks, beer and what not. Now use a portion of that money on investing in yourself to have a better future and have a better source of income.

Lesson two on business: Never stop dreaming

Always dream and when you dream, Always dream big. Don’t worry dreaming will cost you nothing, but with the right motivation you may be able to achieve it. It will make you invest your time and money to get what you dream of. Everyone dreams of being debt free, wonderful home, being their own boos and a lovely family. Happiness is what we all look for in all the things we do. Dream of things which will make you happy and get you motivated to get what you really deserve. Dreaming is part of your business. :)

Lesson three on business: Multiple streams of business

Always think of doing multiple streams of business. Now that being said doesn’t just go on paying for everything first up. Learn one stream of business , when you get an idea on how to get it done find similar streams of business and start building income streams. With a small budget this can only be possible on the internet. I don’t see any other ways of doing it. Minimal investment and a life time of residual income.

Lesson four on business: Be aggressive in marketing

Now starting up a business on net is the easy part but getting the income would only depend on how you market. Keep learning, listen to success stories, be motivated all the time. Never give up. Set a goal on where you want to be in the next few months. Set realistic goals :).Possibilities are immense. You are the creator of your possibilities in life. Read, Listen and market

Lesson five on business : Always respect your loved ones

You will have a lot of people around you who love and care for you. A person who really cares for you will help you in succeed as well. Teach them if your are doing something good and being successful at it. Learn from them if they are good at something. Share with your friends, your business members, team. Its all about give and take

Lesson six on business : Always believe in your self

Unless you believe in yourself , there is noone who would follow you or believe you. Be positive about whatever you are selling, Let it be a product or an idea. Be ethical in what you do, Be honest. Build respect and love. Be a True loving leader. I don’t see why people wont love to be part of your team on a long journey. Love to you all and have a great day. Post in your feedbacks if any.
